Hello - I'm looking for recommendations of a good title abstractor for Wake and Johnston County.  I need to have someone I trust to run reports for the foreclosures we are looking at and most of the attorneys I contact are non-responsive or really slow.  

I know how to pull the file at the courthouse and create a decent abstract but I'm needing to get other lien or mortgage balances that may not have been filed.

Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Welcome to the area, Jehu.  I'm new to the area as well.  I hear that the Triangle Area Real Estate Investor Association is a good place to connect and there is a triangle area meet up that happens monthly.  I haven't gone to one yet but I think the next one is Feb 10.

Hi there.  I'm new to Bigger Pockets.  My husband and I just moved to Clayton, NC 4 months ago from Alaska.  We've been going to court auctions and are interested in both flipping and keeping rental units.  We are specifically interested in Clayton, Garner, and Raleigh.  Does anyone know of any Bigger Pockets meet ups for like minded investors happening around those areas?
