Post: Mobile homes for sale inside MHP

Hi Everyone! I have been investing in mobile homes for the past nine months and looking to expand. Currently have two homes inside the same park, one is move-in ready and the other we are fixing to flip. We're asking all cash, however, we are considering seller financing. The park doesn't allow rentals and we don't want to rent just be the bank. In this area (Memphis) financing would be ideal. I've had it on FB marketplace and craigslist. Any tips or suggestions? How can I get these homes sold? Thanks

I'm in need of some help. I met with a seller that has almost four acres of land. Three of the acres have a manufactured home with tenants. The other almost acre has a tin store that is being  rented out.  Asking 125K. I've spoke with the county tax assessor's office and the total true value is around 37k. I don't have or know of anyway to have a comp or how to value this situation. Why is the assessed value different from the market value? Can anyone help?

@Diogo Alves Thank you and I will definitely reach out. Right now I'm thinking about the Whitehaven (38116), Midtown (38111) or Frayser (38109) areas. I'm pending my first deal and willing to work any surrounding areas. If I may be able to help you in any way, feel free to reach out.

I am so excited to be on this journey and waiting to close my first deal. I am looking forward to making my real estate business full-time and would like to include obtaining license to be an agent. I know it is not required for investing but I'm thinking that it would be valuable. Any insights from current members in this endeavor?

Also looking for ways to connect with local investors, contractors, agents and other like-minded individuals.
