Yes, we alternate between Cashflow Game nights (7:00pm tonight at the Southern Grounds Café in San Marco) and Mastermind events on Monday evenings (our current topic series covers STRs and business).

Glen's meetings are the 4th Tuesday of each month (26th next) and draws quite a crowd for networking, Jerel has great deal maker and acquisition wizard stories, and the JaxREIA usually attracts new investors and real estate professionals looking to transition into investing.

A ragtag group of investors regularly host Monday evening events (August 16th would be a Cashflow Game night); I can also recommend Glen's Whitey's Fish Camp Meetings and Jerel's Creative Real Estate Groups (both on MeetUp). I've also heard great things about the recently revamped JaxREIA and Yellowbird meetings.

Either for exterior wall space such as advertisements or billboards, yes, or even interior wall space as well (as in art hung in a café for example).

Has anyone here ever rented wall space in addition to the square footage of a property (either residential or commercial)?

Would this need to be a rent roll from Schedule E documentation, or can rent roll projections based on averages for the market work as well for offsetting debt to income ratios (provided no overlays, etc.)?

@Dustin Hampton No worries, the events usually run between 7:00pm to 9:00pm (or 10:00pm if after event networking continues).

@Slaven Popadic We typically host these events Monday evenings; however, next Monday is a holiday, so the next Cashflow event at the Southern Grounds Café in San Marco (1671 Atlantic Blvd) will be Monday the 1st next month.

On the Monday of February 22nd (7:00pm to 10:00pm), we will host a mastermind meeting to discuss acquiring properties via seller-financing or subject-to deals, sharing what our community has done previously and using a recorded talk on the subject by Brian Sump to prompt conversation. The location is still TBD, though we usually meet at one of our rental properties that isn't currently rented out. RSVPs are greatly appreciated (PM me for updates)! :]
