Hi everyone.  I am currently looking to buy my 1st investment property and considering going with the turnkey option. Have any of you purchased a turnkey property out of state before?  What was your experience like?   What company did you buy the property through?

Like many of you I'm looking to purchase my first investment property.   I've put in a good amount of time reading, learning, networking, and putting together the pieces of investing.   Hopefully I should have my first deal soon.   Wishing you all the best in your endeavors as well.   Go get em!
