I would love to know what List service for direct mail are popular amongst BiggerPockets users . There are so many to choose from. Also, what criteria is best for wholesaling and Fix and Flip. I am in North Carolina. Does that make a difference for which site I should use?

Got tired of doing all the construction work to make others rich. Left for the cable industry and Management, now coming back to Real Estate and hoping to be successful on the Investment side!
