Has anyone won a property off of hubzu? See a property listed as occupied but had tremendous upside as far as numbers and profit margin goes. Just a little worried about the closing process and if tenants will give a hard time leaving.
Any help? good bad or ugly all advice is appreciated. (Property is a no inspection no walkthrough type)

I am looking to sub hire instead of going after GC's to not only save money but also build knowledge on cost and other things that come upon in rehabs. How should i go about hiring and finding a crew? I was thinking about googling the necessary people need (plumbers, electricians, etc) what are you guys' thoughts?

I'm looking to get connected with any of the big/small hedge fund buyers in the Metro Detroit area. Can anyone recommend who I should be looking at? Thanks in advance!
also the inner city of Detroit as well!
thanks! @Steven Leigh do you usually have to pay for those records?
Hey bp, quick question.. i've started my mailings and have a serious question, once you've did your research on a property where a owner is no longer there. what the next step to finding the owners new address or contact info? i know some will say PR but i already searched them and of course it says the address im looking at which is no longer their mailing or residency address.. please, any help is appreciated.
