We can do 70% LTV for an STR refi. Our rates are among the lowest in the STR space at this time. and we can do 75% LTV on STR purchases.

Our rates start near 7%. You can pay points to get them in the 6% range. Very convenient for DSCR especially nowadays.

We allow 75% LTV! Plus you can use the cash out to meet your reserve requirement. A major plus.

Hi Matthias,

we can do 20% down on a triplex. AND… you can roll in your broker fee into the loan amount without affecting your rate, and you can get 6% seller concessions. Essentially, you would be putting less down if you can negotiate 6% concession from the seller. Not many lenders have this high of a concession allowance so this could be very advantageous for you. And the rate would be much better than a 10% down loan. A win win.

How many rental properties do you currently own or looking to purchase? Do you have any in mind ready to go?


I can lend on up to 4 units. No rate adjustments for 2-4 units which is massive from a lending standpoint. Which means a better interest rate for you

Hi Denise!

I lend all across the country. Tennessee and Alabama included. I have a 85% DSCR option, so we wouldn't need to even see you income nor verify employment information. This allows us to close the loan much quicker for you. We just need to make sure the property have a 1.0 ratio. Meaning rent must cover PITIA completely. Hence the 1.0 ratio.

We offer 90% LTV for primary residence! There would be no mortgage insurance and you could use multiple business accounts to increase your income. What're you buying exactly? and where?
