I purchase nationwide. I find deals where there is a large spread, so far I've purchased homes in 37 states.

I am a seasoned investor who's done over 150 flips and wholesales nationwide. I have been doing this for 6 years using my own capital. I've used the monies made throughout the past 6 years to build technology to help scale finding deals. My business model is to buy foreclosures and add value by fixing them. At this time I am seeking to find a Line of Credit for 1M that will meet the below requirements for purchasing.

  • * Some homes are purchased without Interior Access and/or maybe occupied
  • * Properties Acquired are Nationwide(So far I've bought in 32 states)
  • * Some homes may be in small or rural areas. Usually, they tend to be within our of a large city.
  • * Some homes purchased are under 50K and require more rehab than the purchase amount
  • * Some of the properties are purchased at the foreclosure steps and require funds the day of the auction

Thank you for your time, any assistance to find the right lender to provide a line of credit will be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I am new to this platform but I am a seasoned investor who's done over 150K flips and wholesales. I have been doing this for 6 years and have mainly used my own capital but I am looking to scale as I am nearing the completion of a program to help acquire more properties. My business model is to buy foreclosures and add value by fixing them. Unfortunately, my model doesn't meet most lenders' requirements. Below is the criteria of many of the homes I am buying that does not meet the lender's requirements

  • * Some homes are purchased without Interior Access or may be occupied
  • * Some homes purchased are under 50K and require more rehab than the purchase amount
  • * Some of the properties are purchased at the foreclosure steps and require funds the day of the auction

Thank you for your time, any assistance to find the right lender to provide a line of credit will be greatly appreciated.
