My names is Christian and I am full time real estate investor in Boston. I am currently working on 7 rehabs around Massachusetts, including 3 condo conversions in East Boston. My team is rocking over here and I have decided to move to San Diego to open another branch of CC Solutions there. What do you think are the biggest differences that I should expect in San Diego compared to Boston? 

Hey Everyone! 

I am a new investor living in the Boston area and have been looking for houses to flip. I have noticed a trend of what seem to be good deals in the Dorchester area but do not know much about it. 

Does anyone know any valuable information about the Dorchester area or (teach a man to fish) where I can find market information for the various areas around Boston including Dorchester?

I am really excited to jump into investing and have learned a ton from Bigger Pockets!
