Afraid that's the only option at this point but don't want to ruin ourselves for life..

Hope you can help with some direction and ideas.

Currently, we are on a one spouse income, barely making ends meet and just about covering bills..

My husband has been in the same dead end job for 15 years! We’ve had enough and want to move on. We currently own a home which has sadly gone into foreclosure because paying the mortgage became impossible:(.we plan to file bankruptcy or do a short sale to get us out of that situation. We both have always had an interest in real estate as investment opportunity but felt intimidated to give it a shot.

We are both ambitious,smart,handy and creative thinkers.. we are ready to make a change and start investing so that we can give our (6!)children a better life that they deserve...

Any help with pointing us in the right direction would be soooo helpful!! Ty
