I used a company called 10billionleads.com and they set up a site and started a Google adwords campaign for us. I had been paying for google ads for years but got very little from it. These guys do it for us now and we actually get leads from it now instead of just throwing money away.

I use excel for my mail merge and use Google Drive to track when they were sent and my responses. Yellow letters com is a great source. We use them along with our other mailings.
