I use Synchrony Bank online. 1% . I use for all my budget accts. 

I use it for background checks and rent collection. Rent hits my acct in 5 days

Comps in the area all say around 1300. But they are paying water, sewer , garbage which most landlords pay around hear. I am currently shopping a refi with hopeful cash out

So here are my numbers if anyone is curious

purchase price 100K

Rehab costs were about 12K

House is worth about 160

Currently rented for 1300/mo

Tenants pay everything except taxes

I recomend James Zulick in Nazareth Pa. Very good experience with him . He drafted a private mortgage for me in December.
