We are super EXCITED for this upcoming meeting to have Tim Moy and Magdalena Jaworska from MBE CPAs coming to talk to us about real estate and tax strategies. I cannot stress enough how impactful having a good CPA has been in any real estate journey! With the end of the year closing fast, tax planning should be top of mind. Don't miss out on this meeting!

1331 Greenway Cross, Madison, WI 53713. The rest of us will be meeting online. I have assurances that those at the restaurant will be able to participate.

This week we host a discussion of Goals vs Purpose and how to effectively use both in our real estate investing strategy.

We are a lively group of investors and welcome newcomers. We hope to see you there!

Welcome to the new year!!  For this meeting we are tackling all things leases, rental agreements, and rental contracts.  Should I use an internet form?  Should I write my own?  What is required?  How do I cover my responsibilities and the tenant's responsibilities?  What's NOT allowed?  What about the moratorium on evictions by the CDC? Hello all, this week we will be reviewing how to use Wisconsin's Circuit Court Access database to find important information.  We will also review some of the Sheriff's sale processes and information as well. These are great ways to find leads, purchase properties and learn the process.  Come learn with us!
