Hi I am a 24 year old from Virginia but now living in New York (Troy) 5 mins out from Albany and I am looking for a real estate mentor to help me get started on my investing career. I've been reading books, going to seminars, listening to the bigger pockets podcasts and webinars and it all has helped me so much. I am young and hungry and was just wondering if anybody would like to help me, thank you!
Please ..

Hello,
My name is Chelsea and I started looking into the wholesaling about 5 months ago. Now that I have the knowledge I am ready to start this journey. However there is a couple of things that are in my way and I need clarification before I execute the process.
I had spoken with a attorney (which was a wast of my time) to look over a purchase and sale agreement contract that I had pulled from online and had edited myself as well. He gave me nothing but negative feedback, no contract and tried if anything to discourage me from doing this in the first place. He basically said without saying if you don't money to purchase don't get into wholesaling. (Now we all know that majority of wholesalers that started of were either broke or in a financial situation and wanted financial freedom).
Now me doing my research
I do know that I can use inspections clauses and or due diligence clauses in my contract to ESCAPE if need be.
My first question I guess, does any wholesalers/investors in the Albany and/or Troy are know of any Attorneys that knows about wholesaling contracts and have a friendly title company as well associated or just investor friendly title companies .. ?
