Hello, 

I'm interested Wholesaling property in Albany NY. Beautiful neighborhood, owner lives out Canada & she is ready to get the property off her hands. Property needs TLC if anything. 

I am a newbie, however I do have a lot of knowledge about wholesaling ! Rehabbers and or investors DM if interested ..
