- Your estimated "mid" credit score if individual or if corporation all of the officer's estimated "mid" credit scores
- If Corporation, are you the managing partner?
- Estimated ARV
- How long you need loan for to complete construction
- Your experience as an investor
- What terms do you normally get? What terms do you need? Interest rate, amortization - interest only?

No problem Zach. I agree to a point. I would say by and large most investors do want to see financial responsibility which is reflected in the FICO. Our company does the same thing as most HML's in that the more experience a borrower has, the better his rate and term. We take a lot of things into consideration when qualifying the borrower. Most of the weight of the loan is placed on the equity in the property as is expected in Hard Money Loans.
