I'm actually with Renshaw Property Management and am happy so far. Bob Renshaw was very good at understanding my needs - being an out of town investor - and to date, they've been excellent. They quickly found a good tenant for a vacant property when we started, and there's been very few issues. Much fewer than I had previously experienced so that's a welcome change!

Hi Rob - I would suggest checking out Go Green in Memphis (Kevin and Manny). I have heard nothing but great things about them. The person that recommended them to me loves them so much that she just turns over the keys to the house and leaves them to work.
Also, a friend of mine used them for a small project when their property manager
gave a WAY HIGH bid for a repair and they were extremely happy.

He is the best in town! I've never had the issues I read about on a daily basis as far as property managers with him and his firm.

I am looking for a recommendation for a good property management firm for some investment properties I have in Memphis. I don't live in the area so it's important to have a trustworthy company that can take good care of the properties as well as the tenants. Any suggestions?
