Renters are moving out in a few months and need to be proactive about some house renovation like floors, replace sliding door etc.. Jacksonville Florida. Anyone have good and trustworthy connections? Thank you.

Great post Jason, I am in Roseville area and have been looking out of state. I currently have a home with renters in Florida with positive cash flow. Very new to the site and just thought I would check in just in case someone or you are around for a cup of joe and knowledge. I've been looking into another place to either flip or rent out. I'll keep my eyes and ears open.
