Hello guys, so long story short, recently found out on Airbnb that my tenants listed my property on Airbnb which is a violation of the lease and could get evicted but I am thinking like a business man. My question is how do I go about getting some of the profits if they are booked or not.

Hello all, so i bought a property in Cleveland OH using hard money terms are 6 months, initially reached out to my lender before the deal  about a possible cash out refi which she wrongfully told me i could right way only for her to come back and tell me i'd have to wait a year, so i wanted to know if there are any  lender in Cleveland that have a 6 months waiting period in order to cash out refi. Thanks for your help. 

 i use it for furnish finder, i just set it up like i would for long term rent and add in check in date and check out date, and the site sends them a link to download the app and thats where they pay for the rent. the costumer is great they walk you through any issue your having  

i use it for my STR and will be using it for my long term as well, i like how they run the background check for you, sent up rent collection with reminders. tenant can also request maintenance on there. customer service is also there to help via chat. so far no issues

So I am interested in the Cleveland Market looking to purchase either SFR or multi family, currently have 2 properties in Florida decided to venture out of state to Cleveland due to being able to purchase them cash with good rental. I wanted to know if any of you guys have invested in Cleveland and your overall experience on it.
