As a new investor I have many questions and Know a lot of you can help. First I greatly appreciate any advice, knowledge, and direction that can be given.

1) Should I get an attorney before I start investing?

2) Should I get a CPA that specializes in Real Estate?

3) Do I need a business license as an investor or flipping?

4) Is it better to form an LLC?

Hello Members, I am new to real estate investing, I have always been interested and now ready to move forward. I work in the construction industry and can offer my limited knowledge and services to those willing to educate and network with me. I am new to real estate investing and know next to nothing of how get started. So  I am here to begin learning the ins and outs of investing wisely. I work in the construction field, so I come across all kinds of properties. I do not have a reservoir of money to put down so need inventive ways to acquire property. I would like to start out with multifamily properties and meet others that are in the Monterey California  area interested in networking.
