Hello Everyone,

I am new to real estate investing and know next to nothing of how get started. So  I am here to begin learning the ins and outs of investing wisely. I work in the construction field, so I come across all kinds of properties. I do not have a reservoir of money to put down so need inventive ways to acquire property. I would like to start out with multifamily properties and meet others that are in the Monterey California  area interested in networking.
