Just be ready for their subpar customer service. You may want to choose your own title insurance since they are backlogged.

Yeah! Their Title Company is worthless. I thinks it's Premier for California properties. I never get a counter, they usually put them back on the market next day. That's good to hear that. You must been close to the reserve. Hope you got some good deals.

Good job! I can't figure out Hubzu yet. The reserves are too high and when they are not met, they come back on the market with a higher opening bid for another 5 to 7 days. I guess they think they can get more money for them if the bidding period is long. But, they eventually sell after months on the market.

Has anyone purchased a property from Hubzu lately? I think their reserve is getting too high where you are better off buying in a traditional market. I also noticed a lot of them now you would need to evict the occupants. Also, if you try to call them, you get their voice mail everytime somewhere in India. If do talk to them, their language is very difficult to understand. I guess it's just cheap labor for Corporate, forget about providing excellent customer service. I've purchased two from theim within a year and would order a Binder Policy for title, so when I sell it I would have coverage with their insurance. But, their Title Company is terrible! When you need something recorded, it takes up to 3 or 4 days. You are better off using your own but would need to pay for it rather than the Seller. Please share your experience with me, good or bad. Thanks
