I would recommend focussing on your goals. If you have big goals you need to focus on commercial to scale. I would not focus on single-family as it can cause more headaches. Commercial meaning Multi-Family is the best way in my opinion to build wealth. I have a couple of single-family rentals and flips I am currently selling to focus on Multi-Family full time.

In my opinion after reading some of these.

1. If you want to raise money to syndicate a Multi-Family Property. Get a coach/ mentor to help you gain an education.

2. If you put your mind to it you can achieve whatever you want.

3. Read books on syndication and capital raising. There is a handful of books out there.

Joe Fairless wrote a good book on syndication.

You do want to be extremely careful when raising money. But gain the education first and a coach/mentor then start. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!

You can do it! Gain the Knowledge first!

@Shane Elias-Calles

Shane, I hired a coach at $25k. Sit down with yourself and figure what are your goals and what you want to achieve.

Then pick a coach that has the same goal and mindset you have!

You have to be really careful when it comes to flips. I had a contractor that worked for me for a while and I thought he was trustworthy and stole 90K from me. You just really have to stay on top of the contractors and make sure the work is being down correctly.

@Jermaine Scott, In my opinion, I would study what type of real estate path you feel comfortable or like. There is a ton of real estate paths to take and to become successful. While studying the real estate path sit down with yourself and figure your goals out. What do you want to achieve? Do you want 10k, 20k per month? Then dig deeper into that path and see if that path will reach your goals.

Thats what I would do in my opinion.

@Brian Erickson

Surround yourself with friends that have the same goal in mind as you!

I am an Multi Family syndicator. I specialize very heavily in the Carolinas market.

I would pick a market you like and know. Then start to search on bigger pockets, I can give recommendations, closed Facebook groups. And interview them to see if it will be a good fit.

Just like anyone would interview their finical advisor.

Message me and we can set up a call. Would love to help you!
