My name is Chris Arcee from Miami, Florida.

I’ve been listening to so many podcasts and reading so many books over the past year getting ready for my next move! Biggerpockets has been an AMAZING tool for me.

Like most of you, “Rich Dad Poor Dad” changed my life and made me have a whole different outlook on life.

Investment goals/strategies: Rental Properties(MFH & SFH) , Note Investing

I have a couple of cousins willing to invest a decent amount of money to start out

My idea is to use an FHA backed loan on a fourplex during the next recession. Hopefully buying under market value to get some equity and hopefully it cash flows after all my expenses.

Again I’m a 25 y/o newbie with insane ambition and hunger looking to get ahead in life! Hope to meet some of you soon :)
