If you find a potential house to flip or rehab, is it best to setup a contractor to meet you out there with your agent to let you both in and try and get a good estimate on repairs? Also is it usually free for contractors to come out and give an estimate?

How's it going everyone

My name is Chris. I'm a 29 year old native of Hampton, Virginia. I'm new to real estate investing and eager to find inspiration and advice for my future career path.

I have done an enormous amount of research in reference to real estate investing, wholesaling, and fix and flips. My focus for the short term future is wholesaling. Long term, I would like to be involved in a variety of REI.

I am looking to network with successful people who can help to motivate and propel me with my goals and in turn, I am hoping to do the same for others.

Its great to now be involved in a site that is dedicated to the same interests i myself possess. I'm looking forward to meeting other real estate investors.
