Hi I'm Chris, from Dallas Texas. I don't have much in the way of real estate investing experience. Most I've done so far is 7 years ago I bought a fixer upper at a really good price owner finance that I planned to fix up and use for house hacking but have so far failed because I had no idea what I was doing, and I ended up focusing more on my computer networking career once I got the house livable. Now I'm married with a couple kids and my wife and I have started discussing what we are going to do with the house, which is what reignited my interest in real estate investing. So I've started reading and researching what is involved and how to go about investing properly. I'm still really early in my learning, and currently listening to The Book On Rental Property Investing which is what turned me on to biggerpockets. I'm interested in single and multifamily rental property investing. but right now I'm starting with networking and learning the ropes.
