Cleveland is moving quite rapidly right now.  With Metro Health upgrades, a new Mayor for the 1st time in 16 years, plans to open the lakefront & river fronts, and a bunch of high-end construction, all points to value in cash flow on investment properties in the near West Side of Cleveland.  We are born and raised here in CLE and can offer a unique perspective to Our hometown.  Happy to help or advise anyway I can.

I would say success is possible in those areas however they do come with some risk.  Ever since the Opportunity Corridor was built it presents some interesting development "opportunities" right on the edge of those neighborhoods, working along with our new Mayor and his visions.  I would say Cleveland is changing rapidly.  Slavic Village is interesting, I would definitely say there is a revitalization happening but also ask yourself why that is happening.  I'm here to connect and help where I can, as I'm born, raised, and live here inside of CLE Proper!
