I have used RentalHero for past 4 years and I am very satisfied with it

It's located in my home town, and it truly is move in ready, the homeowner has lived there for 25 years and VERY meticulous about fixing or repairing anything that needs done and she has kept an extensive journal of anything that has EVER been done. Thanks for tip on 10% for vacancy's & CapEx, I was was just going by what I'd heard on some podcast , but I'm going to readjust to 10%

I am trying to sell an existing business and real estate ($200,000.00), my realtor submitted an offer to me for a "lease out" whereas I would receive 30k down and 1k per month for 1 year and $1200 per month for the final 2 years of a 3 year lease. My issue is that my realtor still wants $15k commission on the deal he saying that this is a Fair commission on a commercial lease deal, I don't think it is, What is the commission rule for a "commercial" deal such as this
