I have been a member of bigger pockets since October but have yet to connect with other investors in the area through this website. I am looking to meet with others who are ACTIVELY investing now. I deal with a lot of properties every month, and although most of what I find is off market, I do not know enough people to work on what I find. I've been having difficulty working with others who are wanting to invest now. I am usually at the area meet-ups and do have a steady list of seasoned investors that I network with but want to meet new people to the area or new to REI. I find that the more people I keep in contact with the better I can read the pulse of the market. Please share some stories with me of your real estate experience here in San Antonio, and let me know what it is you look for when investing. Add me as a connection so that I can better utilize the bigger pockets forums in the future!!

@Greg Fend What area of town did you do your San Antonio flip in? I'm getting more people coming from Austin to buy my properties in San Antonio cause there's move of a spread on the profits in San Antonio.

This was a good article I read today out of the Austin Statesman. San Antonio is also a very strong market and it is a great time to be in the real estate business here in Texas. I'd love to hear some other success stories from people in the area.
