Christian, we use a bank close to the park and have the residents pay there. It was a simple transition, especially for the folks that like to pay cash, they just hand it to the teller now instead of the manager.  Having  them put their lot number on the deposit slip has been the only challenge.

We also have Cozy.com availble if they want to use an online platform. We like Cozy becuase it's simple and free to use. We havent had a lot of taker for the online option.

Good luck to you!

Brian,

I am hoping an attorney will help me ask the right questions when it comes to putting the partnership together.

Hello!

I am in the process of purchasing a mobile home park and I would like the advice of an attorney on forming a partnership. I am also curious if this needs to be an attorney in the state we are purchasing the park.

Thanks For any help!

Thanks

@Gina Moss and  @Ronald Filian  Thanks for the replies!  I am also interested in speaking to some property managers in the area if you have any recommendations I would appreciate it.

Thanks again!

Hello I am interested in investing in a buy and hold rental property in the Joliet area.
I am from Joliet but currently live in wa. state so this would be an out of state investment for me. I would be looking for a "turnkey" like situation. I have family in Joliet and travel there once or twice a year. I will be travelling there in November and would like to take a look at some properties on the west side of Joliet. If anyone has a contact they would like to share I would really appreciate it.
