Seeking Buy and Hold on the West side of Joliet, Il.

Hello I am interested in investing in a buy and hold rental property in the Joliet area.
I am from Joliet but currently live in wa. state so this would be an out of state investment for me. I would be looking for a "turnkey" like situation. I have family in Joliet and travel there once or twice a year. I will be travelling there in November and would like to take a look at some properties on the west side of Joliet. If anyone has a contact they would like to share I would really appreciate it.

@Chris F. , hello.  I live in the area but only work on commercial deals.  If you need any free advice on areas, I will give you my input.  I prefer newer parts of joliet (59) and west into Minooka (ridge rd.)  Plenty of new construction going on that way also.  I go into other parts of joliet for the casino and good burritos.
