No they don’t. Sometimes it’s difficult to get a straight answer from the hospital HR DEPT regarding if they do. I’d suggest joining a FB group and doing a search for the name of the hospital in question.

Hello Corey, I have not identified any concerns with investing in short term rentals for traveling nurses. The most popular rentals are one bedroom, followed by two bedrooms and studios. A nicely furnished unit in most areas will bring in about $1250 per month. Nurses are on 13 week contracts, are generally clean and quiet and sleeping when not at work. They are paid very well and travel light. Many travel with pets so pet friendly is a huge plus. Let me know if you have other questions and I'm happy to help. I'm not selling anything - just paying it forward for all the free education I receive on BP.

I've rented to travel nurses through Furnished Finders for about 5 years. I'm so pleased with their platform I did a podcast for them on another platform. I'm happy to answer questions if needed.

Here's a great opportunity to buy a turnkey rental in the up and coming Charleston Heights neighborhood. The house was totally gutted and rehabbed by skilled craftsmen. The house has two huge storage units in the backyard so bring your toys or home business. There's a He shed and a She shed!! See it on Zillow.

Live in the main house, rent out the apartment above the garage. Or have two rentals. Great location to rent to film industry crews. Most 1 bd go for 3k a month! Endless possibilities. Walk to shops, eateries, work, etc. MARTA nearby.

Buy a turnkey rental in the hot Vegas market. Rents in this area are increasing daily. $1500 and up. No HOA to deal with.

Available Oct 1, 2017

House is fully rehabbed, new roof, new electrical, tile floors, granite counter tops. All new finishes. The garage even has AC and there are two huge storage sheds in the yard.

Bj,

The quickest way I know is to whole sale houses. Just a few wholesales and you can partner on a deal, keep adding to your capital. In a year you will be able to do your own deals. I'd be very careful to only partner with experienced investors, always get a JV agreement with a secured position so your investment is protected. Also, lending out EMD money can quickly grow your capital. ONLY send it to the escrow company - never send it to the investor. Protector your assets!!!

Hello,

What type of deals are you referring to? I've got a great income property coming in Atlanta. Live in one part, rent out the other to cover the mortgage. It's in East Atlanta.
