For the rental owners: You have a rental property or properties that are positively cashflowing. At what point would you start pocketing excess rental income? I'm keeping the question vague...I know.

The importance is to build your reserves. If your reserves are strong enough, you can weather a recession for at least a little while.

Hi,

It appears one of my rentals in Detroit is having a problem with squirrels. Is there an effective way to repel or prevent squirrels from invading a house? Thanks!
