On a common sense level, prices almost doubled in many areas post Covid within just a couple years. The FED just went a very significant and fast rate hike inducing a recession. In my opinion things will have to get ugly at some point here. Generally speaking, prices really haven’t gone down much. But interest rates have doubled. I’m always willing to buy a good one if it makes sense but personally I’m expecting big opportunity with a significant recession in the relatively near future.
