Quote from @Lann Smith:

If anyone wants to learn more about the many positives of owning, operating, and investing in RV parks, lets connect.  Its a lucrative business....and it can be "headache" free.

 Hi Lanns!  Im actually interested in buying and starting an rv park.  I'm thinking buying land and developing ourselves.  I'd only want to do long term for ease of management I would imagine.  Would love to pick you brain on your experience.  Let me know thx!

@Zachary McDonough

On a common sense level, prices almost doubled in many areas post Covid within just a couple years. The FED just went a very significant and fast rate hike inducing a recession. In my opinion things will have to get ugly at some point here. Generally speaking, prices really haven’t gone down much. But interest rates have doubled. I’m always willing to buy a good one if it makes sense but personally I’m expecting big opportunity with a significant recession in the relatively near future.

@John A Murray

Hi John. I’m looking to complete some ground up construction in the area. What did your job cost per sq foot? And how long did it take to complete? Thx in advance
