@Gabriel Borrego if your looking for the actual specifc steps to invest in a specific strategy, I built a platform that helps users get started and it has the steps to begin investing in the basic strategies but I could put it into a Google document list or something like that if you are looking at a specific strategy?

Www.portioapp.com does portfolio tracking and in its roadmap they plan to add the net worth tracker into it as well. It's still being developed but in an alpha test phase so you can go try it out for free.

Www.portioapp.com does have a portfolio tracker, it's currently in an alpha test phase and only tracks flip properties but you could still use it for rentals. You just might have to keep some of the fields blank.
