Hello, I work for a property manager who currently is using ABODEA to assist with calls from tenants during weekends and evening time when the office isn't open.  We are running into some problems with ABODEA because they no longer allow us to update our properties with them and we have to send an email in each time we want to add or subtract a property.  Also, they use to have approved vendors and if they couldn't get someone on the phone from the approved vendors they would then call local companies that had good ratings but they no longer do that.  Are there any other companies like ABODEA that offer services in St George, Utah that I could contact?  Thanks again for everyone's time.

This would be a good home for your parents (or you) as a fix and flip. It is in a great location of St

George with the following information:

the home has been "gutted" and can be basically redone. Repairs are estimated to be about $30,000 (including labor, which if you did some, it would be less), then have an After Repair Value (ARV) of around $195k - $200k. Your price would be $138,500, (including a little for our assignment of the contract). After repairs, estimated around $30k (could be less, if you did some of the repairs, since this includes labor), this leaves you with equity of $30,000 to $35,000)

I posted in the marketplace here on biggerpockets a home that we were selling for 187,500 with the arc being 250,000 with 20,000 being repair cost and did not receive any replies.  I am new to investing.  Can someone tell me what kind of deal would have worked better for the deal above?

I recently found someone who knows of a resort property where he can get it for significantly lower than it is worth,. I myself am a new investor and do not have the money to do this or experience.  Anyone have any ideas of what I could do to capitalize on the opportunity?  Thanks
