I would say you are on the lower end of the spectrum for sure. However, if you are on the south side of Framingham, in a less desirable neighborhood your prices aren't to far off. P.S. Let me know if you need any tile work done.

Hey my name is Chris. I have a property in Ashland, ma. Not sure if this is the area you are looking but it's a great area. I am new to the real estate investing world, looking to obtain a rental property this year. I have experience in remodeling / construction. Let me know if I can be of any help.

Anthony Angotti thanks so much for your response. That is very encouraging. I guess I'll just start doing research on locations / properties and start making a plan.

Hello Everyone, I am new to the forum and have listened to a decent amount of podcasts. I am interested in getting started in real estate investment. I am leaning towards flipping because I have a pretty good knowledge of construction and have a good network in this area. I bought a home two years ago which now has approximately 90k in equity. However, my credit is not great and I do not have verifiable income as I am a professional poker player. Obviously getting my credit back up to par is going to be a priority going forward. What would you recommend to me moving forward? What steps would you suggest for someone in my situation? Thank you so much I look forward to being apart of this community. Chris
