Make sure you check references and ask for license number as well as insurance. Do your homework!!!

If you decide not to use gutters I would consider a rain diverted over the entryway door of some kind. You can you a small section of gutter or bend some aluminum.

That's to funny. I actually rent some commercial space downtown Ashland, the hair salon next to Nicks Pizza. I think 900 is minimum for 1 bedroom depending on the building.
