Hi @Ryan Gonce!

I'm a former property manager in the Pierce County area and now we own and operate a construction company in the Pierce, Kitsap, King, and Thurston counties.  98% of my clients are investors.  

I'd be happy to talk to you about the area and the common finishes we've used in those markets to get top rent.  I can also give your some options for good property managers in the area.  I know quite a few.
