what are the best websites to find pre foreclosures? I've tried to look on the Orange county California courthouse website but it doesn't really seem to take me anywhere. I tried realtytrac.com but I don't want to pay 50$ a month for one thing. Any advice on the best websites to get a leg up? 

Hello everyone, my name is Christian Belleque. I am a 22 year old college student who has just finished playing baseball due to health issues. I am getting into real estate investment and have real countless books and watched countless videos as well as looked at endless YouTube videos. I have learned a lot lately but I am simply stuck on what to do next. I don't want to make my first mistake on my first deal.
