@Barry L Hohstadt Great to meet you! I haven't been out to Kona in years.  Just did a quick vacation to Kauai over the Labor Day weekend and had a great time.  If you find any good strategies to being successful in this tough market, I'd love to hear them.

@Christine Kankowski I'm hoping that's true.  Property in Hawaii is quite expensive and continues to go up.  Looking for good information on how to find and choose good deals in this type of market.  Excited about the possibilities.

Hi Everyone! I wanted to introduce myself.  My name is Christie and I'm a speech-language pathologist by trade, but I will soon be supplementing by taking all that I'm learning here at BP and purchasing my first property within the next year.  I'm a little overwhelmed by all the fantastic information on here and in the podcasts but super excited to get started.
