Hello!

Actually asking for my mom. She’s retired, has a big chunk of money sitting in several investments and in a retirement account. She was having trouble purchasing properties because she technically doesn’t have a job but has quite a bit of money. She’d like to leverage multiple properties. I discussed with her putting money in a self directed 401k.

She just moved to cocoa beach, fl. Anyone have any suggestions on a great CPA that is well educated on these types of transactions/situations? Thank you!

Getting ready to buy our first BRRRR. We want to used our saved money for our primary residence purchase (a house hack) but I'd also like to get another multiplex to BRRRR. When looking for private money, is it better to look before you find the property or after so you have the stats prepared?

Hey everyone! I’ve tried a couple of VAs and haven’t been happy with their performance. I’m thinking about using VA4REI because I’ve gotten some recommendations from a few people. Would anyone that’s used them recommend? Or alternatives?

Also, what have you found the best lists to pull off propstream that have given you the best results? Thanks!!

My name is Christine. I have my bachelors in neurobiology from UC Davis and my doctorate in optometry from UC Berkeley. (I know, nothing to do with real estate)...

After graduating, I realized my passion for real estate and have spent the last year or so learning all That I can. I’m very driven to get involved in the wholesaling space and am hoping to offer aid in searching for buyers/sellers, analyzing deals, and assistance in any way that I can be of help.
