Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Lakewood.

Purchase price: $420,000
Cash invested: $10,000
Sale price: $580,000

This was our 2nd property that we rehabbed while we lived in. 4bed 2 bath single family home. Updated kitchen and some flooring.

Condo fix & flip investment in Signal Hill.

Purchase price: $220,000
Cash invested: $15,000
Sale price: $320,000

This is the first property I purchased that I updated and lived in. 2 bed 2 bath condo. Gained experienced with working with contractors and design. Gained knowledge in what adds value to a home. This is where I got my feet wet and developed a love for real estate.
