Hey @Ivan Ng and all! I am a relatively new investor in CLT as well. I moved down here from NY in sept. 2018 and joined BP earlier this year. Currently I only have 1 property but I am looking to scale this up in the coming year. Specifically, I’m looking to pull some MFH units by April next year.

Always looking to network with new folks both in CLT and abroad. I’ve requested Ivan and others in this thread, for others feel free to connect me if interested and hope to see you around at the CLT meetups!
