Hello! My name is Chris I am currently a Healthcare Provider looking to jump into real estate in the next few years. I did recently purchase a home to start our family in, however I would like to look for an investment property. My wonderful wife is a Nurse Practitioner, and we live in Katonah, NY. The tri-state area is difficult to invest in at the moment. I am looking for cash flow or appreciation in other markets. Our schedule is demanding, and I won't be able to manage the property on site. Anyone who can give us insight or advice would be greatly appreciated. This is something we would like to tackle maybe in the next five years. I continue to educate myself every day.
