Should I buy this or let it go

2 Family home asking price $340,000 ( bank pay off)

Layout is 3/1 with 2 full bathrooms

no basement no attic 

needs $35,000 repair 

I want to rehab the property 2 family homes can go from $425,000 -$440,000 (North Bronx)

The 3 beedroom can rent for $2,000 and the 1 bedroom can rent for $1,200

what should I do ?

I would say the best way to find a REI club would be to download a app called Meetup. It's a great app you can also use BP there are a lot of great people on this page and they are very helpful.

I'm located in the Bronx so feel free to reach out to me. I'm new to investing also. I found that just going out and trying different things is the best way to learn you can read every book out there but you have to apply the info.

Hello BP I will be closing on a 3 family house that I am going to house hack. The property appraised for 10k more then the asking price. What can I do with this 10k? As I would like to purchase another property Thanks BP

you can also look into the NACA purchase program you can get a home with No down payment, no closing cost, and no fees

They will make you jump through hoops for this but the end result is well worth it

congratulations on the  engagement. your credit is great contact your 401k the penalty should not be that much.
