@Rich N. Thank you for the welcome Rich. You pose a fair question... I can tell you with confidence and sincerity that I hold the qualities/traits/abilities listed in my original post. I've studied long and hard to achieve them. Additionally, I am a prudent business professional and I take my business very seriously, be it as an employee, or in my own investment ventures. Let me give you an example... Three years ago I began working at my current Brokerage firm, with no prior experience in the Product or Market which we operate. This firm is the largest of its kind in terms of premium placements. I was recently chosen, among the entire division which our operating company is part of, to be awarded the 2015 MVP Award and am currently heading up a project to revolutionize and revitalize the capabilities and value of the area of our business which I manage. Another example... I bought my first home in July of 2014 as a single parent of my then 2 year old boy. (for context: I have always had full custody, and have never received a penny child support) At the time we were living in a small apartment and I was in-between jobs, but I was determined to own a single family home for the betterment of the lives of my son and I. Not only did I obtain a property, but I am now closing on the sale of that property in 9 days for an $87k profit. I'm now moving my son, new wife and 2 step children into a large luxurious home. I am not telling you all of this to boast and stroke my ego. The facts are the facts, whether impressive or depressive. Just giving you examples of how dedicated I am to achieving greatness. When it comes to business Rich, I am someone who can be counted on to create growth and increase value. I make small things big, and big things bigger.

Good Day,
My name is Chris Rosati, and I am in Central Massachusetts. Listen, I'm not here to waste anyone's time, especially my own, so I'll get right to the point. I'm not an "analysis paralysis" kind of guy, nor do I lack prudence. I am an intelligent, highly motivated, goal-oriented beginner investor and I am looking for one or two individuals in my area who are serious about partnering up in REI and who are of at least a majority of the following traits:
Is serious about Investing in properties and building wealth NOW (mandatory)
Financially Prudent / Can manage and budget high-level finances
Holds a firm understanding of banks and lenders as they relate to REI
Holds a firm understanding of Market Securities
Can devote sincere time and energy to REI (mandatory)
Can receive and respond to communications promptly (mandatory)
Has very good/good credit
Has had fruitful experience with at least one investment property in last two years. (mandatory)
Access to "start-up" capital (preferred, though "access" does not mean it has to be "your" money...)
Can honor his/her word and signature (mandatory)
Adept in general Contract law and Language
