so I was doing a little search of properties in my home town and I saw a home that was advertised as a possible investment property. The property is boarded up and would need tools for access but the owner is said to be a motivated sellers. The property wasn’t posted by a rental company though. The home looks like it was at one time a fairly nice home and I know the area. It’s located in the neighborhood that my old college is located. I called about it and was told it was basically a tear down. Has anybody ever dealt with them? Are they worth the investment? Btw the home is a 2 bedroom one bathroom, 1245 sq ft. Property. Any ideas?

Good Morning Jeremy,
I’m definitely learning that is a big part of this business. Being that I have no experience it is always helpful to get some insite from some vets. Where is the meet up being held in Kannapolis? Also, is it ok if I bring my fiancé? She’s skeptical about taking risk, it would be great for her to see other people who did the same.

Good Morning Everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself, I’m fairly new. My name is Christopher and I am in the process of starting my own investment company here in Charlotte, North Carolina. I would like to focus on wholeselling, flipping, and buying/holding properties. I’m taking a course on the topic which ends in about 4 weeks. In the mean time, if you have any tips, suggestions, or ideas I am all ears! Thanks for reading and have a great day.
