To stretch the title to proper English, I have an FHA qualified Buyer. Tiny house situation below 800sf. and the only bathroom is located in the basement. When you walk in it, it feels like your in a normal bathroom anywhere else in the home, it's that level of finished. Will this pass FHA guidelines or do we move on?

What are some ways you are selling commercial real estate. What are some networking sources you use to advertise outside of the obvious loopnet, mls, social media. Are we allowed to post listings here on BP?
I have 2 great light industrial properties down the road from a new Carvana warehouse that are both zoned light industrial with large metal warehouses, one having a 2 bed 1 bath home attached. Low taxes. Tons of potential. Reach out for details.

As far as lenders, I've learned that Cross Country Mortgage are very helpful and are able to help under most situations. You may be able to request an income based loan approval for 1099 workers like ourselves.
