Post: Cheap Bumper Stickers?

Yeah, I'm not really expecting a lot out of bumper stickers. They're just going to be We Buy Houses stickers with a phone number. I am considering them for friends and family members who don't want to put a big magnet on their car. I'm personally driving a van with advertising all over it so the stickers aren't for me. Funny thing is I can get bandit signs for as much as I'd pay for bumper stickers.

Anyone know where I can get cheap bumper stickers made?
Also, has anyone had any experience using bumper stickers?

Yeah, I was wrong. What I thought I saw and wanted turned out to be 9 x 12 corrugated. But I saw some bigger ones that I like; 12 X 18 corrugated.

However, I may look into some of Will's (nationwidepi) other products.

The original sign I asked about is made of polystyrene and the cheapest quote I could get was $2.50

Hey Charles,

I'll compile all of my material and post it here within the next couple of days.

But for now,

I buy at 65% of FMV minus clean up and closing costs
I don't do anything to the house but clean it
No balloon payments
10-15 yrs
10% down
min $500 earnest money

I guess I have the newbie wholesaler jitters. I've bought and sold several houses over the past few years but I just focused on Owner Financing. Most of what I already know applies to wholesaling. I guess I just need a lot of affirmation, especially from the one's who are successful wholesalers. After I get a few hundred assignments, and sub 2's under my belt I'll feel cool, calm and collected again. :D

Do you know of a good place online to buy office equipment like laser printers, etc...?

I went to Circuit City and thought I might find a bargain considering their liquidating for their bankruptcy. I was surprised to see that I could get better deals at Best Buy and other stores that are not liquidating.

Can't you just add a condition in your contract that states that you are buying subject to a clear title?

Ok thanks. Most of our poles are still wood. My main concern is that the wind here is pretty bad and my experience is that they will fold to where you can't read them.

Maybe I'll use aluminum........jk
